Wood gasifier with CHP 160 kW
A fully automatic and reliable system. The Wood gasifier with CHP and 160 kW output is manufactured from high-quality, industry-standard components for a long service life. With an adjustable output between 70% and 100%, a power range of 110 kW to 160 kW can be covered.
The core of the system is a DC fixed-bed gasifier that has been developed over many years in combination with a specially adapted gas filter system. Systems have also been developed for other plant components such as the fuel lock, gas cooling and coal dust ejection, which are less susceptible to faults and very easy to maintain. We use MAN gas engines with electronic ignition and high-quality synchronous generators for the CHP unit.
The system is controlled via a modern PLC, from the wood chip feed to heat extraction and electricity feed-in. The system can be operated and monitored locally or via smartphone over the internet.

The development of the 150 kW wood chip CHP unit is based on the requirement to ensure a stable gas generation process with standard wood chips, including fine and bark fractions, for a consistently high electrical and thermal output. With our innovative technology, we have developed a future-oriented system for decentralized energy supply. A step towards independence from third-party providers while making optimum use of local resources.
