class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Miscela di carburante<\/strong><\/p><p>I trucioli di legno vengono mescolati con i rifiuti di plastica in un rapporto definito prima di entrare nel blocco del combustibile e alimentati continuamente nella parte superiore del reattore. Inoltre, viene aggiunta calce fine, che agisce come partner di reazione per gli inquinanti rilasciati nel processo, come lo zolfo o gli alogeni (cloro, bromo). I trucioli di legno fungono da struttura di supporto nel processo e garantiscono una buona permeabilit\u00e0 ai gas del letto mobile di reazione.  <\/p><p><strong>Procedura<\/strong><\/p><p>Il letto mobile di reazione scorre attraverso il reattore grazie alla sua stessa gravit\u00e0. La decomposizione termica dei combustibili avviene nella cosiddetta zona di pirolisi. Questo produce gas di pirolisi e coke di pirolisi come prodotti di reazione. Questi fluiscono insieme nella zona di ossidazione (gassificatore in co-corrente). Nella zona di ossidazione, i prodotti di pirolisi vengono convertiti con l&#8217;aggiunta di ossigeno. La combustione parziale avviene con l&#8217;aria e i partner di reazione combustibili, il che garantisce una temperatura di reazione di oltre 1200 \u00b0C nella zona di ossidazione. Si parla anche di processo autotermico (autosufficiente dal punto di vista energetico). I materiali in ingresso vengono convertiti in gas ad una temperatura di 1.200 &#8211; 1.400\u00b0C in presenza di calce per legare le impurit\u00e0, per cui questi inquinanti vengono concentrati nelle ceneri e scaricati in modo innocuo dal processo.       <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-30eb48d\" data-id=\"30eb48d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap
