VEE wood gas systems generate heat and electricity from dry standard wood chips. As the degree of drying of the fuel is very important for the optimum functioning of the system, a compact fuel dryer that uses the waste heat from the room air is an important supplementary component to the standard system. <\/p>

After the dryer, the wood chips are transported to the fuel sluice by a screw conveyor. Because the lock was initially a frequent source of errors, a sophisticated system was developed. The downdraft fixed bed gasifier with its movable air nozzles is a patented development and is with the specially adapted tissue filter the heart of the system. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The residual ash and charcoal dust generated during the gasification process are carried through the gas cooler up to the wood gas filter in the stream of wood gas, thus ensuring a self-cleaning of the pipes in this area. Via a lock below the filter, the residues are pneumatically transported into the carbon dust container via a flexible hose. For the carbon dust we can offer our customers a direct disposal solution. The purified wood gas leaves the filter on the upper side and is directed straight to the CHP, which essentially consists of a high-quality gas engine and a directly flanged synchronous generator. Also with the gas engine some modifications were necessary, in order to burn the wood gas optimally and efficiently. With the synchronous generator, the movement energy of the gas motor is ultimately converted into electrical current. <\/p>

A modern PLC controls the entire system from the fuel bunker to heat extraction and electricity feed-in. The system can be operated and monitored on site or by smartphone \/ PC via the internet from anywhere in the world. The gasification system and CHP unit are delivered ready for operation mounted on a base frame, which minimizes the installation and commissioning time. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
